Julie Wu began her journey in cancer and diabetes research. Seeing health and wellness as a more holistic endeavor, she began learning anatomy and movement meanwhile discovering yoga and attending acupuncture school. She has a passion for empowering others to take change of their well being and enjoys watching students’ eyes light up as they observe their bodies change quickly with myofascial release and mindful practices. When she's not on the road teaching, you can find her nose deep in her garden, or hugging any dog that comes near her. This class is for all levels ranging from job-related aches & pains, daily repetition, sitting for long periods of time or any and all active and non-active lifestyles. Using the RAD Tools, we will systematically target release and ease restrictions through the back, low back, hips, legs, and feet. You will leave with improved gait, feeling open, mobile, and grounded for the rest of your day.
