Jessica is a licensed physical therapist assistant & movement therapist with special certifications in self myofascial release and over 1000 hours of yoga training.
She has been studying and integrating the practices of feminine and sensual embodiment for the past 8 years and believes that "what you can feel is what you can heal." She helps women understand the physiology of the pelvic bowl and how to activate the power within using somatic (body based) practices for women to feel more confident, capable, sensual, and beautiful in every facet and phase of life.

SHAKTI FLOW: RECLAIM YOUR INNER QUEEN - WORKSHOP

Experience a transformative journey of reclaiming your unique feminine force with the 7 feminine archetypes, yoga,  breathwork, and erotic dance. There is no one or right way to be feminine/sensual! Drawing on her experience helping women connect with their bodies through pelvic floor and embodiment work, Jess will guide you to  embrace your strength, beauty and softness. You will channel your inner queen and lover archetypes to confidently embody your sacred sensuality for deeper intimacy with yourself  and with life!


SWEET N SLOW - CLASS

Sweet n Slow is a 60 minute class incorporating various movement disciplines for you to feel calm, grounded, and at home in your body. Hatha, Vinyasa, Primal Vinyasa, and Restorative postures. All levels welcome. 


PELVIC BOWL SOMATIC HEALING- PRIVATE SESSION

Implementing practices inspired by Tami Lynn Kent's book "Wild Feminine" as well as her certification as a Primal Medicine Holistic Health Coach; Jess will guide you in the physical and energetic work of finding balance in your pelvic bowl and reclaiming your sacred sensuality. This session includes but is not limited to: self-love and body blessing practices, guided meditation to sense your pelvic organs, pelvic floor breath-work techniques, vaginal self massage for your pelvic floor *you will perform this privately on yourself*, pelvic floor strengthening and relaxation exercises. Expect to leave this session feeling educated, empowered, and embodied in the most sacred part of your body as a woman.
